I thought to draw this for Purim or Halloween.
Urahara wanted to dress like a ghost.
So I let him.

You just can't tell him no.. XD
how pity... he is not a death god maybe a Hollow. but u can see him
I like Urahara`s character ,He is cute even when he isn`t a chibi.
